    Chief Executive Officer

    I started Color World back in 1997, painting my way through school when I was a student at Ohio State University. I have always wanted to be the best at what I do and want to share that passion with others. My goal is, and has always been, to eventually be the largest painting franchise in the country. I enjoy being around friends and family in my free time. I also love getting to know other people in the franchise industry while enjoying a nice bourbon cocktail.

    At Color World we feel like we are a unique painting franchise because of our multiple services. We have a system that will benefit the franchisee and homeowner. Because we offer holiday lighting and pressure washing services we can come out and provide annual services and build relationships with customers which makes us different from our competitors.

    Chief Operating Officer

    I joined Color World Housepainting in 2000, painting homes to support my education at Malone University. After graduating, I became the Regional Manager of Cincinnati for Color World. My success in sales led me to my next role, the Cincinnati-Dayton Regional Vice President. After four successful years in the Cincinnati-Dayton market, I was transferred to our home office in Columbus where I served in sales and operational management, as well as handling accounting and payroll for our crews and staff. In 2019, when the franchising push started to gain momentum, I accepted my next role in the company as Chief Operating Officer of Color World Housepainting. I oversee all business operations as well as assist in the training and support of all our franchise locations around the county.

    I am very excited to be a part of such a growing company that still upholds the very high customer service standards that Color World has always dedicated to providing. I know that my success with this company is due to my commitment to excellent customer service and I believe this is a key difference that sets us apart.     CARRIE ROBINSON

    Director of Franchise Support

    I joined the Color world Housepainting team when I was offered an opportunity to write for the business blog while studying at DePauw University. As the company began franchising, I joined the team full-time as the Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. I have since grown into my current role as Director of Franchise Support where I work to promote franchisee success. I also work closely with our vendors to promote the most efficient and transparent relationships possible. My ongoing goal is to support each of our Color World franchise locations throughout the process of building their productive businesses.


    In between phone calls, emails, and franchise training, I love to spend time with my family and friends as well as the corporate team. Whether we are traveling or spending time connecting around a bonfire, I find myself lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people. In addition, the annual Color World conference has not only promoted my own passion for travel, but has also provided an opportunity to further connect with our franchisees located across the country. Color World’s emphasis on strong relationships throughout the company is sure to make anyone feel like family!

    CAROLINE KUEHL

    Marketing Manager

    I started out at Color World as the Marketing Coordinator and I am now the Marketing Manager for each of our franchisees. I am a resource for the franchisees when it comes to building and monitoring their budgets and marketing plans. In addition to that I communicate daily with our marketing vendors and create new marketing vendor relations as things are needed in our system.

    I am from Columbus, Ohio and I graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Psychology and Business. In my free time I love working out, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

    GERRY HENLEY

    Vice President of Franchise Operations

    Gerry is passionate about establishing and helping leadership teams achieve scaling with operational excellence through effective coaching and mentoring.


    Gerry has more than 30 years’ experience as a strategic, results-driven business development and leadership executive and more than 13 years with franchise systems. He uses his expertise in franchise leadership, operations, strategic planning, financial management, process improvement, and team building to help Franchisors execute their organizational vision.

    Currently, Gerry serves as Vice President of Franchise Operations for Color World Housepainting.

    Before joining Color World Housepainting, Gerry was executive COO of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, where he served as the integrator to the CEO.


    Prior to that, Gerry was president of Kitchen Solvers, a franchisor of kitchen remodeling services.

    Gerry also has the coveted CFE (Certified Franchise Executive) certification.

    Gerry serves on the advisory board of the Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Fla., and as Area Ambassador for Wingman Nation Men’s Ministries in the Clearwater Fla. area.
