As the General Manager of Color World Housepainting, Inc. I
ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of company operations. In
addition to operations management, I also have a significant role in the
management planning, hiring, and training. I learned these skills while
attending The Ohio State University,
I have been employed at Color World Housepainting, Inc. since September 2002. My first three seasons were spent as the Bookkeeper and Treasurer, facilitating the financial activities of the company. During those years and following, I helped grow the company into four additional markets while increasing sales three-fold. During the past two years as General Manager I have had the opportunity to help improve the overall operation of the business by working directly with customers, employees, painters, and vendors.
